We provide a small childcare environment where your child will feel safe and warm and where they are encouraged to grow. Our nursery is conveniently located in Cardiff, servicing the local area.

All the staff at Blueberry Bears are highly qualified and trained to identify each child’s needs. We make sure that our staff undergo regular training from both in-house and external resources to keep their knowledge at the high standard we expect.
Every staff member is subjected to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Enhanced check and is required to have two references returned before they can commence work at Blueberry Bears. During the first days and weeks of employment, each staff member will complete an induction programme and undergo supervisions.

The Personal Touch for Every Child and Parent
We want to ensure that you have a personal point of contact when your child joins our nursery. That’s why we allocate each child or baby their own Key Worker.
